Once upon a time, there was a little girl who believed that the wave of a magic wand would make all her dreams come true.



Seven years may have gone by, teeth have grown in, and her hair is definitely longer.

One thing remains the same, though. The love of a Mouse, the man who helped to bring him to life, and the amazing people who keep the dream alive still bring that look of joy to her face. Now that's some special kind of magic!

Sometime in the early 1950's.

While the rodeo was being set up in town, Dad decided to take a little stroll down one of the local city streets. I will be forever grateful to the random stranger who decided to capture that moment on film.
